The Message...
Incubator artists have a clear message to their ministry. Part of their artist development "boot camp" includes over 100 hours in the articulation of a concise mission statement for their ministry. Each ministry is founded upon how God's grace is made real in the artist's life as a result of an area of personal brokenness. These are not "fluff and bluff" testimonies pinned together with rehashed Christian clichés. They are real-life songs and testimony of brokenness gone good - tough stuff like sexual abuse, depression, hypocrisy, suicide, people-pleasing, and religious blindness. Incubator artists make a statement - not so much about their own talent but more about the universal need for God's grace.

Relationship...
Incubator believes that true music ministry is all about relationships. In order for an artist to accurately understand your heart as a pastor, they'll need to talk directly with you. Our philosophy of ministry states that an itinerant music ministry should compliment the work of the local church. In order to find a good match, there first must be a relationship between the artist and the pastor, music director, or other decision maker. Incubator does not encumber the booking process by trying to serve as a booking agency. We do offer administrative support to help serve as a facilitator of the relationship between you and a roster artist.

Accountability...
Incubator artists are accountable. A hallmark of our company values and operations has been the administration of a four-way accountability network between the artist, the artist's home church pastor, you as the event sponsor, and Incubator. As long as we're all still carrying ministry around in earthen vessels, you have to be mindful of cracked pots!

Incubator artists are based in their hometowns spread out across North America, Europe and Australia. Many travel on a part-time basis, some on a full-time basis. Honorarium Ranges

Level A Artist	$1,500 to $2,000/event
Level B Artist	$750 to $1,200/event
Level C Artist	$300 to $500/event

All above honorarium ranges are plus applicable travel, lodging, and meal expenses. Ask about Artist Subsidy Funds if you have a tight event budget.
